Our Process
At National Steel Detailing, we specialise in the production of steel workshop drawings used by steel fabricators and manufacturers. In order to achieve quality outcomes for your fabrication drawings and architectural designs, we follow a professional process to ensure accurate work from beginning to end. Thanks to our qualified team led by Nick Selby who has been producing high-quality drawings since 2012 and due to innovative software and technology such as Tekla and Inventor, we are able to provide you with the exceptional service that you would expect from a top performer in the industry.
Professional Standard
It is our job as an independent detailing organisation to take the design idea and convert it into a format that is required by the construction team to complete the build. We use the information that is passed on to us to create steel detail drawings that are representative of the initial design. If vital information is left out or misinformation is provided during any stage of this process, it can have a severe impact on the final set of complete steel detail drawings. Like any service or creation of a product, without accurate information, production becomes overly complicated and fraught with delays limiting our ability to meet the fast turnaround times we pride ourselves on.
Streamlined Process
From our perspective, we like to do the job right the first time. As delays can quickly add up, we cannot stress how imperative it is to have all the facts at hand at the start of the process to ensure a quality outcome for the entire project. Because of our professional team and our streamlined methods, we will always get the work to you on time and on budget. All of our drawings are subject to a comprehensive review process to confirm they are compliant with industry rules and regulations, and adhere to the details provided to us at the start of the project.
